Legacy United Magmatron! This is a fully featured set with lots of playability! Stay tuned to my posts tomorrow for the combined beast mode, Megasauras! This bot is combined from Landsaurus, Skysaurus, & Seasaurus! It’s so ridiculous and awesome! Bot-mode is bulky & menacing. I love the humongous wings sticking out the sides of his head. Articulation is pretty solid, though his kibble often gets in the way. The articulated wrists & thumbs are a nice touch! I wish his neck had some downward motion, but it works.

Conversion is super involved! You split this bot into three creatures, the most complex piece is the Landsaurs. The simplest peace is the Skysaurs, you basically just close or open his belly. Seasurus discards the top-half of the beast to form a shield. It works but I would have loved no pieces left over.

I never owned the original toy, but seeing comparison images online this seems to be quite the improvement! I’ve had an absolute blast with this set. Though the concept is way out there, they toy is so much fun, it’s an easy recommend.
