Legacy Evolution Strongarm! From the Robots in Disguise universe. I absolutely love all of these crossover characters from different continuities! I’m having a blast getting to know a bunch of new robots.

This is a retooling of Legacy Elita-1. Honestly, I think this version works better! Bot-mode is pretty blocky, with large shoulder pads & an extremely unique, animated looking, head-sculpt. The the green lips really stand out!

Conversion steps are pretty much shel-former. At least the legs & arms are incorporated into the sides of the vehicle. Alt-mode is a police truck of some kind. It rolls really nicely & looks sharp!
